The first step is acquiring all of the required ingredients which include sea weed, already prepared white or brown rice, wasabi, soy sauce, ginger and a clinging wrap. An important point to note is that while preparing the rice, you are supposed to add vinegar, soy sauce and sugar in it. After the rice has cooked completely, you spread it on the sea weed evenly then you roll it. You are supposed to ensure that the fillings do not fall off and that is why you should firm it using the clinging film.
After you are sure that it is intact, remove the film and cut the roll into nice small rounds. The final step is to serve it with wasabi and some pickled ginger.
