Marinaded Honey Chicken Chop

To prepare this dish you'll need boneless chicken thigh(s) chopped in medium sizes, chicken seasoning, honey, salt, olive oil, garlic, mayonnaise, parsley and white sesame seeds. The most important element of preparing this dish lies in the seasoning. For the chicken to marinate properly, the right amount of seasoning has to be applied and it has to be given enough time to season. The ideal seasoning time is about 4 hours. But if you feel like you can throw in an extra hour, well and good.

It is advisable to season the chicken using chicken steak seasoning. Alternatively you can also use any marinating components of your choice. Pour the marinade on the chicken and allow it to marinade for 1 hour. If you have enough time you can allow it to marinade for a few hours. Ensure that the marinade covers the chicken well enough and forms a coating. Be sure to pierce the chicken thighs with a knife or fork so that the marinade can sink inside for effective marinating. You can also chill the seasoned chicken chops in the refrigerator for about an hour if you want.

After this, put the sesame seed in a pan and bring them to heat. Once they start releasing a fragrance, remove them because it is a sign that they are ready. You should then add 1 table spoon of mayonnaise and 3 tablespoons of honey in a bowl and add a pinch of salt. Allow them to sauté as you stir to ensure they are properly mixed. After this add olive oil to the pan and fry your already marinated chicken chops. Allow the marinated chicken thighs to cook for about 5 minutes for each side. This should be done on medium heat so that they do not burn. Once ready set it apart. You should then sauté the garlic and add the honey sauce. Once they have heated, add the chicken thighs and allow them to get a thick coat of honey on either side. Finally, add the parsley and toss in the sesame seed and mix with the chicken. Once all this is done, the Marinaded Honey Chicken Chop should be ready. It should look delicious and have a sweet aroma. Serve while still hot.
