Chicken Aglio Olio Pasta

You've never tasted Aglio Olio, have you? You should really try it. It tastes delicious. And when you add chicken, it takes it to a whole different level. Preparing Chicken Aglio Olio Pasta comprises two components; spaghetti pasta and chicken meat. These two components are prepared separately and then brought together to form a unique blend. You can comfortably prepare it at the comfort of your home.

To prepare it, you'll require 2 chicken breasts albeit boneless, olive oil, uncooked spaghetti pasta, salt, crushed pepper, red pepper, black pepper, fresh parsley and cheese. The initial stage of preparation involves sautéing the chicken breasts in two tablespoons of olive oil and then setting the aside.

Boil water and put in the spaghetti pasta and leave the pasta to cook. As the pasta continues to cook, add olive oil in a cooking pan and heat it gradually to medium heat. You should then add the garlic and allow it to cook for about 5 minutes. Ensure you stir frequently so as to ensure it cooks evenly without burning. Be sure not to overcook it. Once it turns golden brown, add the red pepper and cook for about 1 minute.

By the time this is done, your pasta should be ready. Reserve the hot water from the pasta and add garlic and oil. Allow the water to boil in medium low heat and add salt. Simmer the mixture for around 5 minutes until the level reduces forming thick garlic sauce.

You should then add garlic sauce to the already drained pasta and be sure to toss. The next thing is to add the parsley and cheese and toss. Let the pasta rest from the heat for a while. Once this is done, put the chicken and mix them together. A sweet aroma of a hot meal should rent the air. Your Chicken Aglio Olio Pasta is ready! Serve while still hot and enjoy.
